REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Homebi has developed a complete return and refund process for customers who are not satisfied with their order after receiving it.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Generally, we process order shipments within 48 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). This means that if you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we should be able to block the order from shipping and have it shipped within 1-2 business days to refund you.
If your cancelled order item has already been shipped, we will try to contact the courier to return the item to us. However, this will not be successful every time, so we need you to track the logistics information to refuse the item delivery. Your payment (excluding shipping) will be refunded within 1-2 business days after confirming the return of the item to our warehouse.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please immediately contact our support centre so we can correct it promptly. If you need to return or get a claim, please send your order number, product code, product description, and actual product photos by email. Our customer service will solve the problem for you by reviewing your email. Before the problem is solved, please keep the product and original packaging.
30-Day Return Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day return service. If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving the item, please follow the return process and contact our support centre by mail for a return authorization:

Our customer service will provide you with return service in a timely manner by reviewing the return application you send. After the return application is approved, you must pay the return shipping fee and return the product to our designated warehouse address.
Please note that items subject to return policy:
(1) If it is necessary to return the goods for non-quality reasons, it should not be after the 30-day return guarantee period
(2) Goods must include original packaging
(3) Goods must include all accessories
(4) Products that have been assembled need to be disassembled and restored
If the above requirements are not met, the return request may be rejected.
Refund time limit:
After the return process is completed, we will return the payment to you within 2-3 working days after we confirm that we have received your returned product.
